Lawrence Kudlow is host of CNBC's primetime "Kudlow & Company," which airs nightly from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. He is also the host of "The Larry Kudlow Show" on WABC Radio on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Mr. Kudlow is a nationally syndicated columnist. He is a contributing editor of National Review magazine, as well as a columnist and economics editor for National Review Online. He is the author of "American Abundance: The New Economic and Moral Prosperity," published by Forbes in January 1998.

He is a Distinguished Scholar of the Mercatus Center at George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia.

Mr. Kudlow is CEO of Kudlow & Co., LLC, an economic and investment research firm.
For many years Mr. Kudlow served as chief economist for a number of Wall Street firms. He was a member of the Bush-Cheney Transition Advisory Committee. During President Reagan's first term, Mr. Kudlow was the associate director for economics and planning, Office of Management and Budget, Executive Office of the President, where he was engaged in the development of the administration¡¯s economic and budget policy.

He is a trusted advisor to many of our nation's top decision-makers in Washington and has testified as an expert witness on economic matters before several congressional committees. He has also presented testimony at several Republican Governors Conferences.

Mr. Kudlow began his career as a staff economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, working in the areas of domestic open market operations and bank supervision.

Mr. Kudlow was educated at the University of Rochester and Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. He is an avid tennis player and golfer. He and his wife Judy live in New York City and Redding, Connecticut.

Duncan L. Niederauer is Chief Executive Officer and a Director of NYSE Euronext. He is a member of the company's Management Committee.

Prior to his current position, he was President and co-Chief Operating Officer of NYSE Euronext with responsibly for U.S. cash equities.

Before joining NYSE Euronext in April 2007, he was Managing Director and co-Head of the Equities Division Execution Services franchise of Goldman Sachs & Co. He joined Goldman in 1985 and moved to the Equities Division in 1987. In 2000, Mr. Niederauer relocated to the headquarters of Spear, Leeds & Kellogg where he managed the firms' global clearing and execution business. He also ran the Equities E-Commerce effort, was the global head of portfolio trading and spent time in Tokyo in Derivatives and Japanese products.

Mr. Niederauer has served on the board of managers of Archipelago Holdings, LLC and thereafter served as an observer to Archipelago's board of managers in a non-voting capacity until their conversion to a Delaware corporation in August, 2004.

He earned an MBA from Emory University and a BA from Colgate University, where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees. He and his wife have three children and reside in New Jersey.

Mark Borman is Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations at ADC Telecommunications Inc.

Mark joined ADC in 1998 and is responsible for treasury and investor relations for the company. Previously, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations at General Instrument and was named among the best investor relations officers by Institutional Investor's All-America Research Team. Prior to General Instrument, he held several financial and strategic planning positions at First Chicago Corporation, FMC Corporation, Price Waterhouse, and Main Hurdman.

Under his guidance at ADC, CFO magazine named the company its 1999 winner and a 2000 finalist of the annual CFO Excellence Award in managing external stakeholders. In the 1999 Investor Relations magazine survey, ADC was ranked among the best companies for most improved investor relations and best communications with the retail market.

Mr. Borman earned an MBA degree from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Michael Sullivan is Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of IHS Inc.

Mr. Sullivan joined IHS in October 1999 as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, and was promoted to Executive Vice President and CFO in April 2006. Mike leads the worldwide finance organization, where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting, tax and treasury.

Mike is very involved in setting business strategy, overseeing operations, actively participating in the company's corporate development efforts, and generally driving shareholder value creation.

Previously, Mike spent three years with the Coors Brewing Company, initially overseeing the corporate accounting function and later leading the corporate planning and analysis efforts for this $3B public company. Prior to Coors, he spent 10 years with Price Waterhouse in New York and Denver, where he managed the firm's participation in over 30 mergers and acquisitions and worked extensively with both public and private clients of that firm.

Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Iowa.

Erik_Olsson has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of RSC Holdings Inc. since August 2006. He joined RSC in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer and in 2005 became RSC's Chief Operating Officer. During the 13 years prior to 2001, Mr. Olsson held various senior financial management positions at The Atlas Copco Group, RSC's former parent company, in Sweden, Brazil and the United States. In his last assignment with Atlas Copco, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, from 1998 to 2001.

Under Mr. Olsson's leadership, RSC became a public company in May 2007, traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: RRR).

Mr. Olsson has created a unique business model at RSC by combining manufacturing strengths of continuous improvement and capital efficiency with a decentralized service approach of building local relationships and exceeding customers' expectations. He has focused the organization to develop innovative ways to provide value in terms of reliability, availability, safety, timeliness and convenience which all translate to lower costs and greater satisfaction for the customer.

Mr. Olsson has a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Gothenburg.

David_Mathieson joined RSC on January 2, 2008, as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 30 years of diversified financial management experience, encompassing public offerings, reporting, compliance, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Milwaukee-based Brady Corporation, a position he held since 2003. Prior to joining Brady in 2001, Mr. Mathieson had a 20 year career with Honeywell International Inc., in the U.S. and in several European countries, last serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Honeywell EMEA in Brussels, Belgium.

Mr. Mathieson is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Accounting Institute in the U.K. and studied for this qualification at Glasgow College of Commerce and Glasgow Caledonian University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Tennant Company.

Edward Rasmussen Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Consolidated Edison Inc. He has been in this position since December 2000. As Vice President and Controller, he is responsible for Con Edison's corporate accounting, financial forecasting, external reporting and revenue requirements. He is also a named fiduciary of the company's pension plan and serves on the risk management and oversight committees of the company. From December 2000 to December 2003, Mr. Rasmussen also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Orange and Rockland Utilities, a regulated company.

Mr. Rasmussen joined Con Edison's corporate accounting department in 1970 and rose to the position of Assistant Controller in 1987. In 1990, he began a three-year field assignment as general manager of Manhattan operations. He returned to corporate accounting as an Assistant Controller in 1993 with primary responsibility for the company's rate activities.

Mr. Rasmussen is currently a member of the Edison Electric Institute's (EEI) Chief Accounting Officers group and serves on the Executive Accounting Committee of the EEI. For many years he has been involved with industry-wide accounting issues through the EEI and American Gas Association (AGA) and he appeared before many regulatory bodies and authored publications on industry issues. Mr. Rasmussen graduated from St. Francis College in 1970, where he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting. In 1976, he received a master's degree in finance from Long Island University.

Hai Tran was named Catalyst Health Solution's Chief Financial Officer in 2008. In this position, Mr. Tran leads all of the company's financial activities, including financial and performance management, capital strategy and planning, investor relations, as well as corporate development, and is a key strategic contributor.

Since joining Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc., Mr. Tran has successfully leveraged his experience in investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, board and governance, finance, and financial reporting to support company growth, playing an integral role in the 2008 acquisition of a mail order facility which provides a mail service option to current and prospective clients, greater level of financial transparency, and higher level of service.

Prior to joining Catalyst Health Solutions, Mr. Tran served as Vice President and Treasurer of Hanger Orthopedic Group, a public healthcare services, products, and distribution company. Prior to Hanger, Mr. Tran served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development and Emerging Solutions for Cadmus Communications, a public printing, packaging, and publishing services company. Mr. Tran's previous experience also includes finance and operations positions in various industries including technology, software, retail, and consumer products.

Mr. Tran holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Richmond.

John Rosenthal is Senior Managing Director and Head of the Core Securities Unit in the Investments Department of MetLife, Inc. In his current role, he is responsible for MetLife’s Structured Finance, Investment Grade Public, Private Corporate Bond portfolios and Derivatives operations. Mr. Rosenthal is also the Firm’s Chief Hedging Officer.

Mr. Rosenthal serves as the treasurer of the MetLife Foundation, which is MetLife’s main philanthropic vehicle to support various charitable organizations and activities. He is also the Financial Services Co-Chair for the New York Blood Center and Chairman of MetLife’s Corporate Blood campaigns.

Mr. Rosenthal joined the company in 1984 as a Private Placement analyst in the Corporate Investments Department. He advanced through positions of increasing responsibility, including assignments related to MetLife’s corporate acquisitions and participation in leveraged buyouts, while also working in the Portfolio Strategies group.

Mr. Rosenthal holds a BA in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Cornell University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
